Shipping is free Australia-wide for all orders from the BioClinical website.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you which includes your order number and a link to track your delivery; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

 

Where do you ship from?

All Australian orders are packed, processed and air freighted from our 3PL warehouse located in the United States.

 

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

The 3PL warehouse in the US uses the DHL Parcel International Direct service.

On average it takes between 8 – 10 days for parcels to arrive in Australia. Once the package hits Australia, it is handed over to Australia Post for delivery. 

From there it will be dependent on Australia Post delivery times. Unfortunately, we have no control over Australian Post delivery time frames.
