About Time+ NAD
To achieve the recommended serving of each ingredient we advise taking 6 capsules
per day. The Time+ study results are based on taking the full serving.
However, if you are just starting to use TIME+, or are frequently forgetting your second serving, customer feedback demonstrates that taking just 3 capsules per day
will still provide benefits.
Simply take the next serving when you remember. We recommend leaving 6 hours between your first and second serving.
Also, we don’t advise taking the second serving within 4 hours of going to bed if you
are sensitive to caffeine, as they do contain a small amount of caffeine (3mg
per serving of 3 capsules). This is natural caffeine from the green tea extract
and not something we have additionally added.
It is hard to answer this question as everyone’s biology is unique, so efficacy
will depend on range of factors including an individual’s age and general health.
At a cellular level Clinical Trials of TIME+ study have shown increased NAD+ levels within just 7 days.
Customer feedback demonstrates that some people notice benefits within a week of using TIME+, others don’t see or feel similar immediate and noticeable changes but then on reflection they recognize more subtle benefits.
Remember you cannot expect to results overnight when your NAD has been in steady decline for years and years.
Yes. But this is unusual and not the norm. It is not a requirement for supplements to be subjected to clinical trials demonstrating efficacy, performance, safety, etc.
However, some precursor-only products (with active ingredients containing NAD, NMN and NR) reference unrelated clinical trials or studies when in fact the clinical trials they refer to only involve the generic active ingredient and not the actual product being sold or promoted.
Again, this is where Time+ differs.
Time + has been subjected to a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled crossover trial.
This trial design is considered one of the gold standards in clinical research.
For
full details of the TIME+ clinical trials can be viewed HERE.
NAD booster supplements containing only precursor ingredients (like NAD, NMN and NR) do not address the root cause of NAD+ decline, whereas the unique
whole-systems approach of TIME+ does.
We have a detailed blog post about why your NAD+ declines, how Time+ works to
boost NAD+, the Issue with NMN and NR and why NMN & NR fall short. To access

One full daily serving of TIME+ contains the maximum suggested amount of Vitamin B3 for daily supplementation.
Therefore, avoid taking alongside other Vitamin B3 derivatives including
niacin, niacinamide, nicotinamide, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and nicotinamide riboside (NR).
TIME+ works to restore the body’s natural ability to continuously recycle NAD+ as it is used up in the cell. This unique approach means that TIME+ may prolong the effects of IV NAD+ infusions to sustain higher NAD+ levels.
Simple Answer - YES,
UK and EU Food Supplement Regulations : TIME+ is a food supplement that is compliant with all UK and EU Food Supplement Regulations. All of the ingredients in TIME+ are classified as safe and have been assessed and approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
USA Compliance - TIME+ is manufactured in the UK at an FDA* registered facility to rigorous pharmaceutical standards. These standards are extremely strict and audited by the FDA. The result of Time+ being produced in an FDA* registered facility means
it is US Compliant.
Time+ is also approved by the Vegan Society.
*FDA - The Food and Drug Administration is a federal agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, one of the United States federal executive departments.
TIME+ is manufactured in the UK at an FDA registered facility. These FDA approved manufacturing facilities must adhere to strict pharmaceutical standards enforced by the FDA.
This FDA approved facility follows good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols, to
ensure safety, quality and avoidance of contamination.
That means there is total transparency about the manufacturing protocols and practices of the facility where Time + is produced.
Hence, there is no need use independent third-party labs to test or confirm the quality
and safety of the product.
Traditional 1st generation precursors-only supplements (like NAD, NMN and NR) work by the simple principle of providing the cells with more of the raw material used to produce NAD+.
However, this precursors-only approach is not addressing the root cause of why our NAD+ levels decline with age. It’s not due to a lack of precursor material, but rather because the cells are using more NAD+ than can be produced or recycled.
Recent research suggests that these precursors-only NAD supplements (like NAD, NMN and NR) may not be the best approach to restoring NAD+ levels, have a number of serious drawbacks and might potentially lead to additional cellular dysfunction and other health issues.
So, does Time+ address the root cause of declining levels of NAD+ with age? Absolutely!! By restoring the functionality of the cells natural “Salvage Pathway”, Time+ was able to increase NAD+ levels significantly more than 1st generation precursors-only NAD boosters.
In a study comparing NAD levels of one product against another, a 1st generation precursors-only supplement (NR) increased NAD+ levels by just 60%.
In comparison Time+ increased NAD+ levels by a staggering 242%. That’s because Time+ addresses the root cause of NAD decline.
This can only mean a more improved, greater, sustained impact on energy levels, sleep, brain fog, DNA repair, memory, cellular health, muscle endurance and recovery.
Yes, TIME+ is both vegan and gluten free. It is also approved by the Vegan Society.
About NAD+
NAD+, or Nicotinamide
adenine dinucleotide, is a fundamental coenzyme found in every cell and involved in various essential metabolic processes within our bodies.
As a coenzyme, it plays a
vital role in cellular respiration, aiding in turning nutrients into energy. It also supports a variety of other cellular functions such as DNA repair, cell development, and immune response.
NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, and this dip is linked to various health issues and the aging process itself.
NAD+ is produced in the body through two primary pathways :
- The De Novo Pathway.
- The Salvage Pathway.
The De Novo Pathway involves synthesizing NAD+ from scratch using amino acids such as tryptophan and aspartic acid.
The Salvage Pathway involves recycling nicotinamide (NAM), nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) or nicotinamide riboside (NR) to produce endogenous / natural NAD+.
As we age our levels of available NAD+ progressively wane. The reasons behind this NAD+ decline is both complex and intricate.
Two of the primary causes of declining NAD+ levels are;
- The diminishing effectiveness and efficiency
of the Salvage Pathways ability to recycle used NAD+. - Poor cellular health being more prevalent, with increased DNA damage, cellular degradation, inflammation, and elevated levels of CD38.
This is why traditional 1st generation precursors-only supplements (like NAD, NMN and NR) are restricted in their ability to sustainable increase
NAD levels.
Whereas Time+ addresses the “Root Cause” of NAD decline by repairing and restoring the Salvage Pathway, restoring NAMPT enzyme production, increasing overall cellular health, inhibiting CD38 and reducing inflammation.
There are currently no consumer-friendly NAD+ testing kits available. This includes blood prick tests, in which a sample of your blood is placed on a test strip and sent off for analysis. This is because of NAD+'s unstable nature, which causes the NAD+ to rapidly degrade.
In the Time+ trials, the developers partnered with academic labs who routinely perform such testing using a technique called mass-spectrometry where all blood
is immediately placed on ice to prevent degradation prior to processing.
There is strong scientific evidence that NAD+ supplementation can improve a variety of elements of your health. It's thought to help with cellular energy generation, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and enhance overall longevity.
Individual outcomes may vary; nevertheless, make sure to select the next generation TIME+ NAD supplements, which offer substantially greater benefits.
The impact of NAD+ supplements can vary greatly from person to person, based on factors such as lifestyle, diet, and individual body chemistry.
Some users may notice effects within a few weeks, while others might take several months. Regular use over time is often recommended for the best results.
